Class Experience

Intermediate - Advanced Level
🐲🔥Over the past 3 years I've taught over 1200 kids how to play Dungeons and Dragons! Now I'm going to teach YOU how to be the Dungeon Master! ⚔️🗡️

Your student will learn how to be a Dungeon Master and run table top role playing games like Dungeons and Dragons. I will cover character building, world building, role playing, conflict resolution among players, character voices and how to use roll20.
Learners will interact through the message board. Weekly videos and assignments will be posted.

🚨🚨Late enrollments DON'T WORRY: 🚨🚨
Don't worry about missing any class content if you enroll late—instead, consider it an opportunity to dive straight into action! Your learner won't be left behind; there will be engaging videos ready and waiting for them to watch as soon as they join the class. "Enrolling late" is the perfect way to kickstart their learning journey and get them started on lessons today!

🙌🏻 What does "Flexible Schedule" mean and why is it great for this class?
This Flexible Schedule class has🚫 no live meetings! 🚫 Recorded lessons and conversation-starters/assignments will be posted to the virtual classroom on Outschool.com for the students to enjoy at their own pace and per their own schedule! Each lesson includes an interactive element, that encourages the student to type a response after watching the week's lesson. I strive for supportive interactions with my students and the adults in their lives. Please feel free to message me with any questions you have about the class.

🙌🏻 Reasons a FLEX class may be a better option for your student than a LIVE class:
1.) You do not have to worry about/deal with poor internet connection, other students' behavior, schedule conflicts, etc.!
2.) You can watch the videos whenever you want to! Then, you can re-watch the videos whenever you want to! Pause, skip, back up, slow down, speed up, replay! You go at your own pace!
3.) There is MORE TIME between classes so you can digest the information, ask questions, PRACTICE, & relax!

⚔️⚔️⚔️⚔️⚔️⚔️⚔️⚔️⚔️⚔️⚔️⚔️⚔️⚔️⚔️⚔️⚔️⚔️⚔️⚔️⚔️⚔️⚔️⚔️⚔️⚔️⚔️⚔️⚔️⚔️

📒NOTE: this class is scheduled to last 4 weeks, however, please message me if you'd like to discuss options to expedite the timeline! I completely understand and will do whatever I can to accommodate your request.

🕗 How long will the content be available to my student?
The virtual classroom on Outschool.com, and all of its content, remains active for 30 days AFTER the end date shown for each section. After 30 days, commenting is restricted, but the content and links remain available to students and parents "indefinitely" (meaning: possibly forever?). I am reachable by Outschool message at any time. After enrolling, if you need/want to be transferred to a more current section, I will do this for you free of charge.

Please message me if you have any questions about this or any of my other classes. I look forward to working with your student!

Learning Goals
