This class is taught in English.

1. Students will learn team building, teamwork, problem solving, critical thinking, research and math skills all while having fun using their imaginations in the game of Dungeons and Dragons. 
2. Students will learn how to communicate with each other (public speaking).
3. Students will learn how to listen to other points of view as well as voice their own. 
4. Students will learn how to respect other people's opinions and be considerate of those opinions.
5. Students will learn how to play a simplified version of Dungeons and Dragons which will prepare them to play the full version when they are older. 

I've been a professional Dungeons and Dragons (DnD), Dungeon Master for 3 years and playing table top role playing games (TTRPG) for 25 years. Some of the games I like to play are Dungeons and Dragons 5th edition, Warhammer 40k, and although not an RPG Minecraft. 

Homework Offered
I do not assign homework but if your child would like to look up stats for different characters they could play in Dungeons and Dragons (DnD) this would help them to choose a character. Some students just like to show up and have me assign them a pre-made character sheet while others like to make their own D&D character.

Grades Offered

Multisided Dungeons and Dragons (D&D) style role playing game (RPG) dice. They will include a 20, 12, 10, 8, 6, and 4 sided dice
Print off your character sheet once it's created.
D&D Beyond or any other Dungeons and Dragons 5th edition website you feel is appropriate for your learner.
