Welcome to Grammar: Exploring Language Basics (Part 4 of 4) where learners will continue their exciting journey into the world of grammar! In this course, learners will continue with their exploration of the fundamental building blocks of language. Through interactive lessons and hands-on activities, they'll extend their learning from parts one, two, and three to create two unique pieces of writing- an opinion essay and a narrative ****Class Structure*** This course follows the "I do, We do, You do" method of instruction to scaffold learning as we are introduced to new grammar concepts. Each lesson will begin with a warm up or review followed by direct instruction in the grammar concept of the day and time for independent practice. Learners will have time throughout class to craft their own sentences and apply what they have learned. ******************************** Unit Descriptions ******************************** Unit 1: In this unit, learners will learn how to express their opinions clearly and persuasively.
