Bring your stuffed animals & join us for a fitness zoo adventure! Each animal will give us a new movement task! Then we will monkey walk, jog, slither, etc. to our next animal until we make our way around the zoo! ESL / EFL friendly

Class Experience
🎉💧We have fun and move around a lot in this class. Please bring water.🎉💧 🐻🐵🦁Bring your favorite zoo stuffies or other stuffed animals and join us as we have fun exercising our way around the zoo! We will take a trip to each zoo animal and see them in action and talk about the animal sounds they make. Then we will do the movement task assigned by that animal. Once we are finished with each animal exercise task, we will monkey walk, jog, slither, etc. to our next animal to receive our next...
Some of the many benefits of children being physically active include the following: It improves fitness, provides an opportunity to socialize, increases concentration, improves academic scores, builds a stronger heart, bones and healthier muscles, encourages healthy growth and development, boosts children's immune systems, improves self-esteem, improves posture and balance, and helps children sleep better.

Extra space & water to drink during class is required. If desired, please allow your children to bring their favorite zoo stuffie or other stuffed animal to class to go on our zoo adventure with us!
25 minutes per week in class, and no time outside of class.
Additional space to move around is required for this class. Water bottles for children to drink throughout the class are also required.
