Class experience
In this one time class, we will begin by allowing time for students to show any art work they have done recently. Then, students will learn some facts about Claude Monet. We will talk about some basic art concepts like "brush stroke" and "inspiration". Then using several of Claude Monet's painting as inspiration, we will create our own lily pond watercolor painting. We will discuss how different seasons and times of day will change the way the lighting and colors may look in a scene before...
