Class Experience
Students will meet for 20 minutes a week to share and discuss current interests and participate in fun activities and play with same aged peers. Each week we will have show and tell, play a game/do an activity together, and sing some songs. The class structure will flow naturally with children practicing many social skills such turn taking, listening, speaking in front of others, and asking questions. There is no prior skills needed and children are encouraged to bring whatever is of interest...
Please have drawing materials and/or blocks nearby each class. Any additional materials needed will be posted in the classroom before the scheduled class. These may include handouts, paper, pencil, markers, or other house hold items.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
20 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
