Teacher expertise and credentials
I am a 23 year educational veteran and a Whole30 nerd. For this class, the students will make one of my original "GSDG free" banana bar recipes. My inspiration for this recipe stems from my belief in living whole. About year ago my husband went to the doctor for a wellness insurance check. His cholesterol was dangerously high. When I read his results, I began searching for ways we could lower his cholesterol naturally. I found many benefits in living and eating whole, so I asked him to try it with me. Within 3 months, his cholesterol was down nearly 200 points. I have created many of my own recipes and we live almost completely GSDG free.
