Description
Class Experience
Learners will be exposed to new gluten-free recipes and hopefully find out that gluten-free can taste amazing too!
I have been living a gluten-free lifestyle since 2011. I love to cook, bake, and experiment in the kitchen! When I first had to remove gluten from my diet there were not nearly as many gluten-free replacement options on the market, which meant I had to make so many more foods at home. This is when I really found my love for cooking and baking! I hope to inspire a new gluten-free generation in the kitchen.
Learners will be sent a pdf document of the exact recipe and instructions for each class the Monday before class.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
1 hour per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Learners may need to use the stovetop or oven and will often need to cut or dice while cooking/baking. Parental guidance is necessary if learners are uncomfortable performing these kitchen skills alone. While all recipes will be gluten-free, they may contain other common allergens such as dairy, nuts, eggs, etc. please contact me with any questions about the recipes.
