Does your learner love to be in the kitchen cooking or baking? Do they want to learn new recipes? Join the Gluten-Free Cooking and Baking Club to learn more about cooking and baking for the gluten-free lifestyle! Each week learners will be introduced to a new gluten-free recipe. Weeks will alternate between sweet and savory dishes as well as breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack options. Learners will make each dish step-by-step with the teacher during the class. Learners will be exposed to the world of gluten-free cooking and baking while learning important kitchen skills! This class is for cooks and bakers who have some experience in the kitchen. Learners should be able to cut, dice, hand mix, and use the stovetop and oven safely. Class time may vary based on the number of learners and the week's recipe, some recipes may be finished and enjoyed in the allotted time, while others may still be cooking when the class ends. Learners will have time to ask questions and have discussions during the cooking/baking time in some classes. The ingredients will be posted in the classroom each Monday. Please be sure to check the recipe and be prepared with all ingredients and utensils for class! Recipes are all gluten-free, but not free from other common allergens such as dairy, nuts, etc. Please e-mail me with any questions!

Teacher expertise and credentials
I have been living a gluten-free lifestyle since 2011. I love to cook, bake, and experiment in the kitchen! When I first had to remove gluten from my diet there were not nearly as many gluten-free replacement options on the market, which meant I had to make so many more foods at home. This is when I really found my love for cooking and baking! I hope to inspire a new gluten-free generation in the kitchen.
