30 mins in-class hours per weekClass Experience
Students will be given the freedom to let their imagination run wild. Prompts will range from topics that will peak their interest. EX: the future, fantasy worlds, survival, magic, alternative universe, food, family, friendship, mysteries, and more! Students will be given 10-15 minutes to write (while listening to a calm instrumental beat), and the remaining 15-20 minutes to share, and/or listen to their classmates responses. Finally, students will be given the opportunity to provide feedback using the following template. They can choose between an R, W, or E. R=remind. What did you relate to in your club mates piece? What did their writing remind you of? W=wonder. After hearing your club mates piece, what are you wondering about? Do you have any questions? E=enjoy. What did you enjoy about your club mates piece? Why?
