Class Experience

You walked into a pet store, locked eyes with a gorgeous snake, and now you are convinced you just "gotta have one." However, there are a few things you need to consider beyond the price tag.

During Session 1 , Tuesday:
* Natural history of the most common "pet" snake, the Ball python
* Beyond the Ball: Choosing the right reptile for you.
* Habitat: Space; Shelter; Food; Water; Temperature and Humidity.

During Session 2, Thursday:
* Signs and symptoms of healthy vs unhealthy sheds
* Common ailments associated with keeping snakes
* An ounce of prevention
* Record keeping
* Calling the vet

During this interactive class, my Ball python, Chubby, and a PowerPoint will be presented to help you become familiar with snakes.

When you have completed this class:
* You will appreciate and value your reptile friend.
* You will be the neighborhood Reptile Ambassador leading by example.
* You will be able to help others in the proper set up and care for their reptile friend.

No background knowledge is required. Just a desire to learn about the care of reptiles.

Already have a snake? GREAT! Join the class because you can share your experience with us.
