Class Experience
Initially, the student will complete 5 sample SAT reading questions. Then the student and I will review the questions to discuss the answers. The student will learn the evaluation process of the SAT grading system. The student will discover techniques for assessing a question for time allotted. The student and I will read and answer a number of questions together. The student will again complete practice questions in a timed setting, and we will discuss the answers together. The student will learn techniques for receiving a higher score on the reading portion of the exam.
Learning Goals
Students will have a better understanding of the evaluation process for the Reading section of the SAT exam.Students will learn techniques and strategies for approaching the Reading section of the SAT exam.
