💙💛💜WELCOME TO 🔵SING🟡CREATE🟣PLAY💜💛💙

🌟 We are committed to interactive classes where children connect with the teachers and have fun while learning.

This one-to-one coaching session features personalized guidance for your student. They will gain a deeper understanding of their emotions and acquire valuable skills to manage difficult feelings, overcome obstacles, and sustain a positive outlook during stressful situations. Our coaching will equip them with tools and techniques to handle any circumstance with emotional resilience and a Growth Mindset.

During the class, we will not only provide coaching and training, but also offer fun and engaging activities such as games, role-playing, music, and visuals to help students control their emotions and respond to their feelings in a smart way.

Every class will be personalized to meet the individual needs of your child. Together, we will explore the most effective approaches to address any specific challenges that your child may face. Let's work together to develop a winning strategy to help your learner thrive. So, please send us a message after you enroll in this class regarding what are some of the challenges your learners go through and we will personalize the class to their individual needs.

Children don't need to have previous experience of mindfulness or positive mindset strategies. No background knowledge of the strategies is required in order for the children to succeed in this class.

This class is for all learners who need to boost their emotional intelligence. We highly recommend this class to autistic learners or learners who have ADHD as they need a bit more practice with these skills until they master them.

Here are a few of the topics we can cover, but the list can go on and on, depending on the areas your child needs support with:
- Confident me
- Self-regulation and anger management: breathing exercises, grounding techniques
- Overcoming anxiety: breathing exercises, grounding techniques
- Fixed Mindset vs Growth Mindset
- Love yourself!
- Angry Dragon
- Anxiety and your brain: fight/flight/freeze responses
- Feelings Are Coming and Going
- Creating your "safe space"
- Try new things
- Be a feelings' detective
- Making mistakes; mistakes are learning opportunities
- Arguments and fights:
- Making smart choices
- Solving problems
- Overcoming setbacks
- Making friends
- Role Models
- Catching and flipping your worries
- Uniquely me
- Feelings and our senses
- Positive Thinking
- Shy and Mighty ....................and much more!

These 1 on 1 classes are intended to offer educational and learning activities with strategies and tools to help students understand and manage emotions. This class is not a therapeutic class.

This class has NO intention to discuss personal reports on personal experience or mental health of the learners. Our discussion will be based on stories we have created, materials we will be bringing to class and not the learner's personal feelings. Please send us a message telling us which area your child needs help with, such as managing worries, getting angry easily, or lacking confidence. We will create lesson plans to address those issues, but we won't discuss specific events that happened to the child or their emotions. We will offer our stories, and real-life situations on that specific topic and discuss strategies, tools and methods that could help.
