Class experience
In this ongoing social skills class, we will use conversation starters (games, conversation cards etc) to help kids engage in conversation. We will be working on skills such as turn taking, keeping conversation flowing, staying on topic, listening and speaking skills....all while having fun and making friends!
I am mom of a 14 year old who has autism, who I homeschool. I also tutor special needs children in many different areas. I love working with the special needs population and use their abilities and interests to motivate and engage with them.
