1-V-1 Tutoring ELA

In these private tutoring sessions, your learner will be given one-on-one help with his/her ELA skills which include writing, , spelling, grammar, and reading, with lessons tailored to meet his/her/their individual education needs. Therefore you can incorporate as many or as few of these skill areas as you wish. I can also assist with homework as needed. It is recommended that students upload homework they need help with directly to the classroom to make teacher access to assignments feasible. 

During the first session, I'll assess your student's current understanding of the subject matter at their grade level. This will help me create individualized lesson plans for our time together going forward. I welcome prior communication from parents regarding the specific area of focus for the sessions. Background information will help me better understand your child's needs. I love to hear about your child's interests and motivations.

I have worked with students in all grade levels as well as students with disabilities.
