I'll be reading a story while asking questions before, during, and after. The questions will reinforce the child's understanding of what was just read. I'll also provide craft ideas.
This course will run bi-weekly excludes major holidays.

We will be reading a few stories in each class. We will be focusing on reading comprehension by listening to Teacher Theresa read children's story books .The teacher will be asking questions before, during and after the story. Craft suggestions will be provided by the teacher in a classroom message board post. You can use the after class activity as a means of extending the learning and connecting with your child.

Work on: comprehension, prediction, and further develop student's ability to elaborate and discuss texts.
