Students are welcome to join at any time, this curriculum is designed for year-long practice. Although we revisit topics multiple times for skill reinforcement, all practice activities are different. This class is highly interactive and encourages active student participation. Each session begins with an introduction to a specific reading comprehension strategy. After each class, we send an email detailing the skill we worked covered and a home practice worksheet. (Please make sure your class communication is turned on). We do not grade the assignment but the answers will be included for you (the parent or guardian) to assess the student at home as well. 𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗠𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 – We want to be your learning partner. You will receive communication from us after the first class and at least every third class. In this communication, we will share our observations and suggestions for your student.
