Students will learn the basic fundamental and foundation of tumbling and flexibility . The Parent and Me Tumbling and Flexibility class is a level 1 basic fundamentals class being physically interactive, doing tumbling( gymnastics) skills and techniques . The parents are there for supervision and support as needed. The topics and structure of the classes that will be covered are listed below. Class times will be • Intro of what is learned by the end of class. •Warm up, stretching,and going into flexibility( splits ) •Water,Topic of the lesson, start working step by step. •Review and assign homework on what to practice We always review, learn something new, practice and perfect :) Tumbling skills: Forward Rolls, backwards roll, bridges, foundation of head and handstand, handstands cartwheel preps and flexibility. : tumbling jumps / flexibility/ bridges : forward rolls , jumps, flexibility /bridges, cartwheels preps. : backward rolls, forward rolls, jump / flexibility / bridges, head stand, handstands, cartwheel preps. : review all skills flexibility / bridges review forward rolls, backward rolls, head stands, handstands, jumps, bridges and flexibility. Assessment day!
Learning Goals
Students will learn and understand the foundation and techniques of basic tumbling and flexibility skills, such as forward roll, backward roll, head stand, handstands, bridges and splits from gymnastic tumbling skills, in a safe and effective way.

*Please note
1.)This is a physical fitness activity class, and every parent must sign the waiver form for there child to participate into this class.
2.) The Parent must be there to assist the student and oversee their safety during the class.

Supply List
Parent and Me Tumbling; 1. A Bottle of Water 2. A Yoga mat, or a small tumble mat if you wish to purchase. 3. Scotch tape to put down the middle of the mat. 4. Comfortable clothes, no socks or sneakers , space big enough to step 4 steps right, left, front and back. *Parents are there as a support to the student additional encouragement, assistance and safety precautions as needed with my expertises and guidance.

I want to make sure i install in each and every child that enters my classes, knowing they can be beyond great, in not only extra curricular activities, but in any and everything they do!
