Get moving and learn some fun farm themed yoga poses in this one time yoga class
Class experience
In this one time class, students will learn some farm themed yoga poses through movement, songs and exercising their imagination. We will begin with a centering activity, flow through the class and end with a short relaxation. My teaching style is gentle and encouraging and I tailor it to suit the needs and the ages of my learners. I love interacting and connecting with my learners. Students will learn to release their energy through movement, (Farm themed) yoga poses and how to focus and relax using their breath.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
Parents, please ensure your learner has adequate space, with no obstacles around them for this class. I recommend practicing on a yoga mat. If you don't have a yoga mat, practicing on a non-slip carpet is fine too. Learners should wear comfortable clothing to class that allows free movement (no socks please!). I recommend practicing on a light stomach, so have your learner eat at least an hour before class begins. Learners should have a water bottle handy in case they feel thirsty during class. Please supervise your learner during class, so that you may be able to help them promptly in the event of an injury.
