Participants will build strength and endurance in these workouts tailored to each participant’s own fitness level.

Class experience

This class is taught in English.
Students will learn a variety of exercises and stretches to strengthen and tone their bodies and to build muscular and cardio-vascular endurance.   We will use Inter al training to elevate and maintain heart rate and the BORG scale of perceived exertion to keep each learner in the correct zone.
I have over 20 years experience as a group exercise instructor, personal trainer and Pilates instructor.  I have certified other instructors worldwide and also teach performance meditation for athletes.
Each participant will need to wear athletic shoes, trainers, etc., and exercise appropriate clothing allowing free movement.  In addition, they should have handy:
Water to drink
Water bottles or soup cans for weights
Bath towel
Yoga mat
Backpack that I may ask students to add objects to for weight, or small weights if they are available.

Participants should have a wide open and well ventilated place to workout, either indoors or out.  
In any physical activity, there is a risk of injury.  Students will be encouraged to use the BORG Scale of Perceived Exertion to stay working in a safe range, and each exercise will be fully instructed and demonstrated.  Please notify me if your learner has any underlying conditions such as asthma, allergies, diabetes, auto-immune concerns, etc, and any injuries that may affect their participation in the class.
