Other Details
Parental Guidance
Dogs are unpredictable and some dogs take longer to learn than others. In addition, certain dogs may not be able to do some tricks due to size, age or health issues. Space is needed to do training. *** Dogs should know some basic commands such as sit, stay and down to be able to perform tricks successfully. Puppies are welcome but should be at least 4 months old. This is trick training which is fun and rewarding for learner and dog, but is not meant to substitute basic command training.
Supply List
Dog, 4 to 6 foot leash (not retractable), soft little pieces of training treats, and any transitional object used in training such as a bell, hula hoop, stick, etc. Bells can be purchased for around $10 on Amazon.
External Resources
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
