Class Experience

US Grade 8 - 10
This class will cover important battles of the Civil War which include but are not limited to: Aniteitam, Battle of Gettysburg and Fort Sumter. I will teach this class via PowerPoint and fun interactive activities to help students become engaged with the material. I will start with an icebreaker to see what students know about the topic and what they would like to know. No knowledge of the Civil War is needed, but always welcome. Note, this class makes mention of war, and some violence but will be age appropriate to ensure a quality learning experience
