1 hour per week. Plates will require baking after class in order to make the marker permanent.Class Experience
The student will listen to the story "The Night Before Christmas" by Jan Brett and then they will make their very own Christmas plate for Santa's cookies. This is a class to promote socialization and creativity while doing something that the kids can use for Christmas time. There will be time to discuss the story as well as time to show off all our plates when we are done drawing and writing on them. These plates will be hand crafted by the students so they should be hand washed. They will require baking after class.
Learning Goals
Students will be able to socialize with their peers while listening to a classic and making a fun craft.
Other Details

Students will require some assistance with the oven to finish off their plate.
