Parts of an Apple: Story Time and Craftivity

In this one-time class learners will learn the parts of an apple while listening to a story about apples and completing a craft about apples. If time allows we will also sing a song and graph our favorite way to eat (or drink) an apple!

Class Experience

US Grade Preschool - 1
Join me in this one-time interactive class. Your child will learn to identify the parts of a book, sequencing, parts of an apple, and we will review the life cycle of apples while listening to an informative fall story, Apples by Gail Gibbons.

During this class, your child will be introduced to the parts of a book. Next, I will read the story to the students. Following the story, we will also review parts of an apple after our story with a craftivity. If time allows we will practice graphing skills to create a chart of our favorite type of apples!

I will also include an optional math activity for students to practice one-to-one correspondence with numbers.

I look forward to seeing your child in my virtual classroom!
