Hello! It is "Time to Tell the Time" in this one-time class for 5-7 year olds! In this class, we will cover the basics of telling time on analog and digital clocks. We will begin by discussing features on analog and digital clocks to distinguish between the two. We will then move on to telling time to the hour on both kinds of clocks. I will then access where students are at. If they need more practice with telling time to the hour, we will live in that moment, but if students are ready to...
Students will leave with the knowledge of features on analog and digital clocks and be able to read time to the hour on analog and digital clocks.
1 file available upon enrollmentPlease print off the analog and digital clocks for students to use in class. It would be helpful to make the clocks useable with dry erase markers by inserting the clocks into a plastic sleeve or laminating them. If unable to do so, please use a pencil so that the time can be erased and a new time can be shown. The analog clock can also be cut out and hour and minute hands can be created and fastened with a brad.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
