In this multi-day class, learners will practice telling time to the hour, half hour, quarter hour, and five-minute increments. Learners will boost their kindergarten math skills, first grade math skills, and second grade math skills.

Telling time on an analog clock can be a tricky concept for learners. They may not have daily contact with many analog clocks, as many places are choosing to use digital clocks. However, this is still a skill that is important to learn, and it is a math standard to master. In this positive and encouraging class, learners will have the opportunity to learn how to tell time. Learners should bring paper and a pencil to class. A white board and dry eraser marker are fine as well.
