Class Experience

US Grade 1 - 3
In this one-time class learners will have a quick review of time to the hour, half hour, and quarter hour before participating in a Kahoot! game to test their knowledge of telling time on an analog clock. This is a 25 question Kahoot! game with up to 60 seconds for students to choose the correct answer out of 4 multiple choice answers that matches the picture of an analog clock. This class is a fun way to review time up to the quarter hour.

Please note: Students need a separate device if they are using a tablet or phone for class. If you are using a laptop you can use a split screen. You do not need an account to use Kahoot! I will give your child the pin at the beginning of class.

Also, while I will be conducting a review of time to the quarter hour at the beginning of this class this is not a class where I am teaching time. This class is intended for practice and makes a great review before your child has a test at school or as a refresher as children often forget how to tell time because they do not often see or use analog clocks throughout the day due to our digital world.
Learning Goals
Learners will practice identifying the time on analog clocks to the hour, half hour, and quarter hour.
