Fantastic Phonics: Multi-Day Phonics Fun!
In this eight week course, learners will explore phonics in an interactive and fun way! Students will learn different stories for phonics, play games with phonics, learn new vocabulary, and apply phonics stories to reading and writing.

Class Experience
Students will be able to apply the phonics rules learned each week to their reading and writing.
I am a certified K-5 teacher and licensed to teach all core subjects. I have experience with using many methods of Reading and Math intervention. I am ADD+Vantage math trained and have experience writing and carrying out IEPs for students. I taught in the classroom for six years and have been teaching a total of 10 years and counting. A majority of my experience in the classroom has been teaching ELL learners and this is an area that I am passionate about. I hold a Foundational and Advanced TESOL certification and have training in many programs for ELL students. I feel so blessed to be in the field of education and it is so fulfilling to think that I might be making a difference in the lives of my students on their academic journey.
An optional enrichment handout will be given after each class.
30 minutes per week in class, and no time outside of class.
