Calling all Taylor Swift fans for this fun dance cardio workout party! We will start the class with a warm-up and deep stretch to get our muscles ready. Then we will sweat it out dancing to 4 upbeat Taylor songs. Students will learn different movements through simple repetition. My teaching style is high energy and supportive. I encourage students to not be afraid to make mistakes, to let go and just have fun! After our cardio blast, the class will flow into a cool down. We will breathe deep through some yoga postures. This is a follow-along style class. No previous experience is required. Please bring water to stay hydrated.
Learning Goals
This is a great way to get active for students who are short on time. We will go through stretching, dance cardio, and even some mindfulness exercise. Students will learn basic dance movements influenced by Hip Hop, Jazz, Contemporary and more.

Parental Guidance
Please make sure the student has a clear open space to dance in. The student should come to class in comfortable clothing that allows movements.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

I have over 20 years of experience training in a variety of dance styles including Hip Hop, Jazz Funk, and Waacking. I am also a certified Yoga and Pilates instructor. I love teaching kids and have worked with students ages 3 to 15.
