Class Experience

I have training as an MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) instructor from UMASS and neuroscience at Johns Hopkins as a Physician Assistant for over 10 years. I completed courses with Mindful Schools, GoZen and Mind Ninjas. Despite my experience, this class is solely for information about the science of stress and suggestions of various practice techniques for stress reduction. This is not therapy or medical treatment. 
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
