Welcome! This class will focus on the white and yellow belt curriculum of Tae Kwon Do. Classes meet for 8 weeks, 2x a week. Students will learn kicks, punches, stances and forms (poomsae) for their belt level. At the end of the course, students will be tested on what they have learned. Upon passing the test, students will have progressed onto the next belt level. Parental Guidance
An area large enough for the student to perform stretches/kicking and moving around without any tripping hazards or breakable objects nearby will be needed.
Supply List
I will email a curriculum guide on the first day of class. The guide will outline everything each student needs to know for their belt level. Additionally, a white v-neck Tae Kwon Do uniform (with a white collar) and a white belt are also required.

Master Mark Tan is a 4th degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do with 20 years of experience teaching students ages 5-70.
