Join a small group in reading these hilarious picture books by Mo Willems to improve reading fluency and prosody! Students will take on the role of each character to practice reading with expression and using punctuation as they read.

Class Experience
Students will be able to read sentences with fluency. Students will be able to read with prosody. Students will be able to make connections between self and text.
I am a reading and special education teacher. I have worked with children from ages 4 - 10 in an elementary school setting before teaching online classes. I am also trained in the Orton-Gillingham method for reading & spelling.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
25 minutes per week in class, and no time outside of class.
