The quick fire fitness program, allows students to have great fun, challenge themselves and engage in healthy competition with their peers. Due to the nature of performing a certain volume of exercise, students will be able to have targets for every form of exercise to be performed. They will also be able to build a sense of intrinsic motivation because as their performance improves, they will look to build on more volume and effective time-completion rate. Overall, students will gain comprehensive knowledge, which they can carry with them outside of the classroom and optimise healthy living.
I have been an avid sports enthusiast and gym-goer for 15 years. I have participated and represented my schools, colleges and universities in many different tournaments in Cyprus, Canada, The United Kingdom, The United States and Tanzania. I am extremely pleased to have qualified with a high honour Bachelors degree in Business before completing my Masters degree in Sport and Exercise Science. Moreover, I recently completed my formal qualification for Personal Fitness Training in the United Kingdom(REPS Accredited) . This has allowed me to gain experience of formulating different exercise programs, consult with different people from a variety of backgrounds and objectively see the significance of exercise in daily life.

Kindly make provisions for an open workout space(identify and remove any hazards around) 2. Dress in comfortable attire, ensuring proper footwear/clothing 3. It is important to hydrate well. Therefore, have water bottle if needed 4. Partake in adequate stretching before class if you need to 5. If at any time you feel any discomfort, stop the activity and let me know immediately 6.
