Class experience

This class is taught in English.
I have trained and competed in several power lifting competitions in my younger days and have been an avid weight lifter for over 25 years. I have done some personal training in my past and have a passion for general fitness.

A set of dumbbells
Students will need an open workout space, proper footwear, a water bottle, and I will lead adequate stretching beforehand.  With physical workouts injuries can occur if students are not properly supervised. I will do my part in teaching stretching and proper form.
