This one time class will expose the youngest learner to the basics of learning using a virtual platform.
Class experience
This class will teach and practice skills needed for learners to be successful taking classes on a virtual platform. The class will be fast paced and fun while learners practice skills. 5 minutes Welcome song and dance. Sharing of names. 10 minutes Using mute/unmute Raising hand. Turning on/off camera. Taking turns speaking. 5 minutes Review game. Goodbye song and dance. My teaching style is interactive and hands on. Learners will be busy moving, sharing and demonstrating the skills...
Learners will learn how to be successful in an on-line classroom environment.
I have 22 years teaching kindergarten in a public school system. I possess a Bachelor and Master Degree in Early Childhood Education. I am certified to teach Birth to Kindergarten by the state of Georgia. I have taught students ages 3-12 virtually for 4 years. I have a proven track record for student success. I received Teacher Of the Year honors and have presented at regional and state conferences delivering kindergarten staff development to kindergarten teachers.

No supplies are needed. Learners are welcome to bring a stuffed toy or other item with them to class.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
It is recommended that an adult is present to help the learner in class.
