Class Experience
In the 30-minute class, we will take part in various gross and fine motor exercises imitating specific dinosaurs. While exercising, we will discuss the muscles being worked and their role in our development. Don't forget to bring your favorite dinosaur toy or stuffed animal to share with the class. I will prioritize personalizing each session for the learner so they can strengthen their math skills. Every child is welcomed and encouraged to attend.
-Workout clothing -Closed toe shoes -Dinosaur toy or stuffy for show and tell -Water Safety and privacy rank as my utmost concerns. Ensuring that children have access to a secure environment where they can engage in activities such as jumping, running in place, reaching high, and crouching low is essential. It is equally important for children to wear suitable attire and footwear during these activities to reduce the risk of injuries. Additionally, kindly remember to offer water or a beverage for hydration purposes.
