This class will be a weekly, ongoing, 30 minute, individualized and private math tutoring session with your student. I will work with your student to master current math topics in a fun and positive environment, while helping them feel successful in Elementary or Middle School math content. This course is designed mostly for students in Elementary and Middle school, and I am happy to work with advanced students on covering topics for future math courses in the next grade. 

Each week, the teacher will cover relevant topics based on the student's grade level. These may be based on the student's current course work in school, or additional grade level topics where they need support. Topics may included place value, addition and subtraction with or without regrouping, multi step multiplication and division, word problems, time, money, measurement, geometry, or any other K-6 math standards.

I will review any basic skills your student needs for success in math class at their current grade level, and give detailed feedback to parents after each session sharing what was covered, and the plan moving forward. I will be sure to have materials and practice questions prepared to make the most of your student's time, and feel free to contact me with any specific requests or topics you would like me to work on with your student. If you are comfortable sharing your state with me, I will look up specific standards for your student to make sure we cover the criteria set by your state.
