In this class, students will learn qigong techniques specifically designed to help manage fear and anxiety. The structure is highly student-centered and hands-on, ensuring that participants stay active and engaged throughout the entire session. My teaching style is energetic and interactive, creating a dynamic environment where students can connect with both me and each other continuously during the hour. No prior experience or background knowledge is required, making the class accessible to everyone, regardless of skill level.

I am a lifelong martial artist and a career educator. I am passionate about sharing my love of the martial arts with the next generation. I taught and coached young people over the last 25 years and believe that every child can succeed - I am confident that I can provide the motivation to help them achieve their goals!
I teach Chinese Martial Arts/Kung Fu (Tai Chi, Xing Yi, Bagua, and Wing Chun) and have competed in Taekwondo and sport Karate. I enjoy teaching martial arts because it allows people to develop their physical and mental health while building a community through shared interest.
Fun fact: my favorite anime is Avatar: The Last Airbender.
