For native English speakers, our tutoring sessions will focus on improving the areas in which they do not feel confident. For ELA students, we will work on improving their ability to listen and speak English in a conversational, casual setting. I will often point out the differences in English spoken around the world. When mispronunciations are made, I am gentle and kind in my correction. I want your student to succeed and feel very comfortable with English as a world communicator!

Often, parents request that I create a section just for their emerging English speakers, or that I help their learner gain confidence in literary analysis and writing. I am a graduate student in literature and arts at the University of Oxford.
