Let's Practice English! ESL Private Tutoring- Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced

In this one-to-one ESL tutoring course, a student can expect to learn basic vocabulary, grammar, and conversation skills.  Topics will be determined by students' prior knowledge and English proficiency.  A new learner will begin building vocabulary including basic introductions, family, the home, and colors.  A more advanced student can choose to learn about foods in restaurants, how to navigate their neighborhood, or have conversations about school.  All classes will be individualized for the student to meet their personal goals. I use 100% English emersion to interact with all students.  For the beginner, a lot of props and TPR will be included to help the student gain understanding and vocabulary. Learners will be encouraged to speak a minimum of 50% talk time by repeating the teacher and using basic sentence patterns.  As the student advances the talk time will increase to 50-70%.  There are no prior knowledge requirements for this individualized class.   
Beginner topics include: basic introductions, family, items in the home, colors, numbers, alphabet and phonics using easy sentence patterns.
Advanced beginner topics include: simple grammar rules, verb conjugation, vocabulary extensions in topics about school and the neighborhood.
Intermediate topics include: more complex grammar and spelling rules, past tense and future tense verbs, vocabulary building using antonyms and synonyms, using more complex sentence structures.
