Learners will learn English through Play. Classes include a range of activities including activity sheets, crafts, songs, actions and much more! ESL Friendly - Suitable for Pre-A1 and A1 Learners. Why English through Play? Playing is not just for fun: children learn by playing. It has been proven that the earlier a child starts learning English, the easier it will be. However, it is possible to combine the two and get a better grasp of the language in a fun way. What will the classes entail? Each class comes with crafts, movement, songs, actions, and activity sheets to be completed during and after class. Learners are welcome to post their completed work to the classroom. Classes are interactive and our teaching style is dynamic and engaging. What's your teaching style? We are a team of experienced teachers who are calm, patient and supportive whilst ensuring that the children are constantly learning. The environment will be dynamic and learners will actively participate throughout the class. As experienced teachers, we are capable of adapting my style to suit the learners. How much will learners get to interact with you and each other? Students will be active participants throughout each class. Student talk time is expected to be significantly higher than teacher talk time. What kind of class is this? This is an ongoing live class. This class meets once a week for 25 minutes. Learners will be encouraged to speak to the teacher, in pairs and individually. Learners will complete some of the activity sheets in the class. What will be covered in each class? The activity sheets will be uploaded to the classroom on Sunday each week at 7pm PST. Please bring these to class with you along with a notebook, pencil, and crayons.
