Description
Class Experience
Children will start the session by singing a welcome song. They will do a Halloween 'Wake and Shake' to warm up. They will sing action rhymes. The action rhymes will help them with their number names and counting. The action rhymes will be interactive. They will sing songs such as, '5 Halloween Pumpkins in a Vegetable Patch.' Children will use their imagination to go on a spooky Halloween walk. They will pretend to be different Halloween characters such as, bats and ghosts. The session...
To join in with action rhymes. To use movement and imagination to be different characters.
Children can dress up in Halloween costumes if they like. This is not compulsory. They must wear what they feel comfortable in.
30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Parental guidance may be needed to support the children with the movements they will be making.
