Pathfinder is a D&D like game with tactics and a lot more customization.
The goal for this class is to help new players learn how Pathfinder works. We will go over the rules, character creation and have a lot of fun while doing it.

Beginner Level
In this class we will learn the basic rules for the Pathfinder Second Edition RPG system including how to play and character creation. The first class will be for character creation and learning the rules along with getting to know each other. We will be using a virtual table top called Foundry for maps and character sheets. I host a Server and links will be provided before the first day of class. Character creation will be done on Foundry. Students will all make there characters on the first day of class together. The rest of the day we will play through the Troubles under Otari game setting Learning the rules better as we go. The students will have to work as a team to over come obstacles such as traps, Puzzles and monsters as we play. I keep all content pg - pg 13. If any student has a request for specific content to be taken out or not put into the game please let me know and I will make sure to keep that out of the game. I want all students to feel safe to express them self's and have fun in this class. If at any time something is triggering or bothers them please let me know right away and interrupt the game if needed so I can put a stop to it.

Learn to play this fun tactical role playing game, Gain team work skills, Out of the box thinking encouraged and Puzzle solving.
Other Details
Parental Guidance
Playing Pathfinder will have Fight scenarios dealing with killing monsters or bad guys. Violence, Stabbing, using magic to burn or harm will come up. If any of this could cause a problem for a student Please let me know and I am happy to see what we can work out such as downplaying the combat or keeping the descriptions simple as you hit and you killed it.
Gamer tags will be used but students should not share there gamer tags with other students. If a student wants to share a gamer tag it must be done by a parent through outschool email.
