This is an ongoing course where students read weekly stories written be teacher Erica. Within these stories students will look for verbs, nouns, and be able to answer comprehension questions to improve reading skills.

Junior Learners Reading Club is a weekly reading club that will help your child improve their reading comprehension skills. During this class students will learn to identify verbs, nouns, read weekly short stories written by teacher Erica, and answer comprehension questions. This class will help to improve students reading abilities as well as comprehension skills. Comprehension skills will include summarizing, main idea, sequencing, etc. I will be teaching using the I do, we do, you do method. Students will receive postive praise, feedback, and encouragement.

*ESL and beginning English students are encouraged to join!
