In this ongoing book club, learners will read and discuss a Pete the Cat book each week developing their comprehension, vocabulary, spelling and more! Discover the adventures of George! ESL friendly. Week of 19/8/24 - Pete the Cat: Big Easter Adventure Week of 26/8/24 - Pete the Cat: I Love My White Shoes Week of 2/9/24 - Pete the Cat: Five Little Bunnies Week of 9/9/24 - Pete the Cat and His Four Groovy Buttons Week of 16/9/24 - Pete the Cat Goes Camping Week of 23/9/24 - Pete the Cat and The Lost Tooth Week of 30/9/24 - Pete the Catβs Train Trip Further classes will be added. Learners can join the class at any point. This is an ongoing course so each class stands alone. We focus on a different theme from the books each week whilst developing comprehension skills, grammar, vocabulary, reading and writing. Learners can join the class no matter how much of the series they have read. Each week will include a range of teaching activities including reading out loud, videos, discussions, activity sheets, Q+A, slides and more. Learners will be encouraged to share their ideas in a variety of ways throughout each class. Please do contact us with any questions. We look forward to being part of your learning journey!
