Club Structure -Weekly Meetings: The club meets once a week, with each session lasting approximately one hour. Every week, members gather to discuss a designated section of the book, share thoughts, and explore key themes and character development. -Monthly Focus: Each month focuses on a different Harry Potter book, with members reading one book per month. We will start with Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone and progress through the series, creating an opportunity for both new and returning readers to engage with the magical world. Goals and Activities -Discussion & Critical Thinking: Each meeting encourages open dialogue, helping children develop their critical thinking skills by analyzing plot twists, character arcs, and magical elements. We also delve into deeper themes such as friendship, courage, and the importance of making ethical choices. -Creative Engagement: To make the discussions more interactive, members will participate in themed activities like trivia, quizzes, character debates, and even arts & crafts projects related to the magical world of Harry Potter. -Reading Accountability: By reading a chapter or section each week, members will maintain a steady pace and enjoy a rewarding sense of accomplishment. This structure also encourages good reading habits and time management.

As a teacher with ASD I am very familiar with he needs of learners with ASD and will provide individualized support for learners if needed.
