Magic Tree House Book Club
In this ongoing book club, we will be reading through the Magic Tree House series. We will be reading one book per week and then discussing what we read and the adventures of Jack and Annie!

Does your learner love adventure? In this on going book club, we will be reading through the Magic Tree House series and going on adventures with Jack and Annie! Each week, we will complete one book leading up to meeting. We will discuss the basics of each story including where they went, the time period and any challenges they faced. I will have questions to prompt active discussion in our club to ensure that learners comprehend what was read. The following are what books will be needed to get our club started: Week of 10/9: Dinosaurs Before Dark Week of 10/16: The Knight at Dawn Week of 10/23: Mummies in the Morning Week of 10/30: Pirates Past Noon I cannot wait to read through this series with your learner and see where it takes us!
Learning Goals
Students will be working on reading comprehension, active listening and how to have an open discussion with their peers.

Supply List
Students will need to read the book of the week leading up to class. Books can be checked out from your local library or purchased on Amazon.
External Resources
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
