This is a course designed for learning and fun! Students will master 4 sight words per class through guided learning and fun activities.
Class experience
US Grade Preschool - 1
In this course students will learn a total of 32 sight words (four per lesson) over a four-week period. Students will learn how to sound out each consonant and vowel and then we will clap and sing each sight word. Students will also earn fun reward stickers. Students will write each word and learn how it is used in a sentence. Students will be taught using the I do, we do, you do method. Students will be given positive/constructive feedback. To ensure effective tutoring, the teacher suggests meeting 2x per week. Book additional recurring meetings after the initial purchase.This class is taught in English.
Students will learn to improve sounding out consonant and vowels to make words. Students will learn to write sight words and improve writing skills by writing these words.
I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development from Empire State College. I have experience as a college tutor and have helped students at the college level with English writing skills. I am currently a substitute teacher for grades PreK-12. I have tutored thousands of online ESL classes for over 5 years.
