Class Experience

This class will be a hands-on step-by-step guide to making sushi! We will start class with a discussion about different types/forms of sushi than we will begin making our own sushi. Learners will be asked questions and allowed to discuss with each other throughout the class. Teacher will explain each step; cooking the rice, turning the plain rice into sushi rice, laying out the seaweed and rice, and rolling to make a sushi roll.
Learners are welcome to make whichever form of sushi they are comfortable with!
