US Grade 9 - 12
Beginner - Intermediate Level
In just 24 weeks, students will complete a full course in High School Algebra 2 that is designed to prepare them for advanced math classes such as Pre-Calculus, Trigonometry, Calculus 1, and beyond. This class is also an excellent preparation for college entry testing, state testing, school testing, SAT, and other exams. The topics covered in the course have been carefully selected to benefit learners in their future math classes. During each class, I will go over the lesson, and students...

The learning goals for Algebra 2 may include: 1. Mastery of algebraic concepts: Students should be able to apply key algebraic concepts related to polynomials, functions, and equations to solve complex problems. 2. Understanding of functions: Students should comprehend the concepts of domain, range, and inverse functions and be able to apply them to real-world situations. 3. Proficiency in graphing: Students should be able to plot and interpret graphs of functions and identify key characteristics such as maximums, minimums, and asymptotes. 4. Competence in solving equations: Students should be able to solve equations involving multiple variables and use techniques such as factoring, completing the square, and quadratic formula.

Homework Offered
Homework is assigned every week in either the form of a PDF worksheet or a Khan Academy assignment. If the homework is in PDF form, learners can submit it to me as an attachment through messages in the form of an image, scan, PDF, or DOC.2 - 4 hours per week outside of class
Assessments Offered
To receive a letter grade or a letter of completion, learners are required to complete all assignments, participate in class, and take a cumulative course review test.Grades Offered
In this class, you can receive a letter of completion, a letter grade, or a pass/no pass option, along with a certificate of completion.
Algebra 2 requires completion of Algebra 1 and Geometry courses, with proficiency in equations, graphs, and geometric concepts. Strong arithmetic, graphing, and problem-solving skills are essential.
You will need a functional microphone, camera, scientific calculator, as well as a pencil or pen and paper for our class! :)
