Class Experience

US Grade 9 - 12
During the self-paced course, students will learn High School Geometry by taking notes on pre-recorded lessons and reaching out for homework questions via the classroom page or messages, if they have any. They can message me at any time for clarifications, and written explanations, as well as recorded explanations/guides, will be provided. The class uses videos I created, along with guides and worksheets. Students are expected to check in with me and submit assignments. Worksheets can be submitted in the form of an image, scan, or PDF. All Khan Academy progress can be tracked online when learners sign up for the class.

Homework assignments, aside from worksheets, quizzes, and unit tests, are issued on Khan Academy. A final course review will be provided at the end of the course on paper as a PDF. The class schedule covers topics such as performing transformations, congruence and similarity, right triangles and trigonometry, analytic geometry, conic sections, circles, and solid geometry.

To enroll in the course, learners should have some knowledge of Middle School Geometry, Pre-Algebra, and Algebra 1. Math is a topic that builds on itself, and learners who do well in this course tend to have a strong foundation in basic geometry and Algebra.

I also offer live one-on-one tutoring for learners at an additional cost if needed.
